Refund & Returns Policy


1. Overview

Due to the sterile and perishable nature of our products, Sterile Supply Co maintains a strict no refund and no return policy on all orders. All sales are final once an order has been placed and processed.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Orders refused at delivery

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. No Returns

For health, safety, and sterility compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on any products. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full reshipment of the affected items at no cost to you, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) and the packaging
  • Photos must be submitted via email to support@sterilesupplyco.com
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation will not be eligible for reshipment

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

5. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your address
  • Contact your local carrier facility directly
  • Reach out to us at support@sterilesupplyco.com if the issue remains unresolved

Sterile Supply Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a resolution.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation within the eligible window, contact us immediately at support@sterilesupplyco.com.

Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • USPS: 3-5 business days — flat rate of $10.00
  • FedEx 2-Day Express: 2-3 business days — flat rate of $10.00

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delays can and do occur due to weather, high volume periods, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances entirely outside of our control. Sterile Supply Co is not responsible for carrier-related delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the USPS or FedEx website.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Sterile Supply Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

6. Packaging

All products are packaged with care to maintain sterility and prevent damage during transit. Orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.
