4. Orders & Payment
Charges will appear on your billing statement as STERILESUPPLYCO or a similar descriptor.
By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS or FedEx 2-Day Express within the United States only. Processing times and estimated delivery windows are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Sterile Supply Co is not responsible for carrier delays or any circumstances outside of our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.
6. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Returns may be considered for unused, unopened items at our discretion.
In the event of a damaged or defective item, we will issue a reshipment upon receipt of photo evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please see Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Sterile Supply Co is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
